"Back For More"

General Midi have kindly sneaked us in another fine single from their Operation Overdrive album. "Back For More" features the hyper talented first lady of breaks Odissi on not only vocals but also in remix mode.
The vocal stomper was always a highlight from the album and here it is getting a well deserved slice of primetime. In addition to the punk electro breaks original two fine remixes are featured in the package.
First up the boys themselves turn in the dancefloor to max 'Taste Of Trouble' mix. Prime club ammunition here. Their mix is a all out assault, electro wanging its way into the red meter. One for those who like things full-on.
Next Odissi gives us her moody and dark re-rub. Odissi strips her vocals back from the album version and turns up the dub. We are talking 2am Berlin here. Relentless solid basslines underpinning dischordant pluck lines and FX. Another layer of talent revealed from one multi-talented lady.
