"Enhanced"

Having started DJing in the early days of the house music revolution, recorded his first house track in 1990. Nick's recording however career took off when he collaborated with Morgan King on various projects in the early 90s, including Soundsource's 'Take Me Up' and other classics for their Om label. In recent years Nick has been more busy than ever in the recording studio, with releases on Inevitable , Baroque and Segment.
'Enhanced' originally appeared on Distinctive a couple of years back, but we felt it never got full recognition last time around so we are bringing things up to date for 2009.
Remixes come from the Scandinavian tech houser with an ever growing reputation, Tim Andresen, who keeps it deep and hypnotic before subtly introducing the vocal sample.
Hot UK bod James Harcourt rides a fat groove and skittering percussion until the vocal break, before introducing a spacey, wide screen stab and plunging back into the bass and drums fray .
Nick's own mix rides the electro-progressive divide with aplomb, conjuring up a heady concoction of rattling energy and speaker rattling bass for a rock-solid floor filler.
